At Heather & Co., we want you to enjoy using our digital sewing and embroidery patterns with confidence. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply and how we handle any issues.
Digital Products

All of our products are digital downloads. This means you will not receive a physical item.

Because of the nature of digital files, once a download has started, it cannot be refunded under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds & Exceptions
We do not offer refunds if you:

Change your mind

Purchased the wrong pattern by mistake

No longer need the file
We do offer a refund or replacement if:

The file is faulty or corrupted and cannot be accessed

The product received is not as described on our website

Handmade Products from Our Patterns
Our patterns may be used by solopreneurs and independent makers to create up to 100 handmade products per calendar year for resale. This policy applies only to the digital files themselves and not to any physical items you create from them.
