At Heather & Co., all of our products are digital sewing patterns and embroidery patterns. Because our products are digital, we do not ship physical items.

Delivery of Digital Products

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an instant download link for your files.
A confirmation email with your download link will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
You can download your files immediately and begin using them straight away.

No Physical Shipping

We do not offer shipping by post or courier, as our products are digital only.
You will never be charged for shipping or handling fees.

Issues with Downloading

If you experience any problems accessing your digital files:

Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for the download link.
Ensure your device has compatible software to open the files.
If you are still unable to download, contact us at hello@heathercopatterns.com and we will re-send your files.
